This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on ifitop.com.
Shipping Area
FITOP orders are fulfilled from warehouse locations within the United States. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is $6.99 for orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more ship free.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after shipping; Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take 5–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active.
Customs and Duties
Because orders ship from within the United States, US customers are not subject to import duties or customs fees. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to Canadian duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly. Keep the original packaging and damaged items so that we can assist with the carrier claim.
